I expressed to the debt collector who initially called me about a payday loan that was taken out in my name that i thought it was a case of identity theft and that i requested papers to be sent to me through mail and I have yet to receive them. She transferred me to another person ( male ) who said " looking at your file, it is apparent you dont pay any of your bills '' and cursed at me and hung up on me. All of this when i was just trying to calm him down from being rude. I told him that wasnt neccessary the way he was speaking to me, and this man hung up on me before i could get any other information.
