I purchased a vehicle the first weekk of XXXX 2015 from Carmax. I approved the carmax associate to run my credit XXXX time and that was to get me approved. I got approved then i drove the vehicle and it had multiple problem so with the carmax guaranteed approval of satisfaction i took the car back and got another one. During that process i didnt know they were running my credit all of them times. After i fouind out i called up to the store and asked them why they ran my credit so many times and i was then told when you have multiple inquiries from the same company they will merge together and become only XXXX inquiry.
