Portfolio Recovery Associates say that I owe them several debts. I did not agree nor did I sign a contact with them at any time. I have sent Portfolio Recovery Ass several debt validation letters and they have failed to provide me with adequate documents and a signed contract from myself stating that I agreed to pay them this alleged debt. Since Porfolio Recovery Associates can not provide this information I wish to have all of their negative remarks removed from all XXXX credit reporting agencies that is affecting my credit score.
