I received a call from XXXX on Monday XXXX/XXXX/15 at XXXX, it 's a recorded message telling you this is in regards to a sensitive matter, please press XXXX.
I pressed XXXX and got someone on the phone when I advised them that I was pressing the number XXXX he put me on hold and came back and advised they must have missed dialed and hung up.
Then : I received a call from XXXX XXXX of XXXX on Friday XXXX/XXXX/15 at XXXX.
He proceeded to tell me that he was representing his customer and that he has legal rights to advise me that I owe a debt to Sears for {$850.00}. He claims I opened this account in 2005.
I did not open this account and told him so but he kept on talking, so I asked him to send me any documents via mail and he refused.
