Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 6th November 2015.
A medical debt was erroneously reported to American Collections Enterprise. They have been notified several times that the debt is not valid but they continue to report. The debt originator is XXXX, the originator has contacted them and I have also. They responded once that they had 30 days to remove the item from the report, that was in XXXX and the debt is still being reported. I attempted to contact them again to resolve this issue.
