I am applying for employment at a major company in XXXX Michigan XXXX and as a require of pre-employment screen Accurate Background XXXX spoke to the employer before completing their report. After sending employment history, company sent a preliminary copy of report, and informed me of 5 days to dispute any errors ( XXXX/XXXX/2015 ). I responding on XXXX 2015 to Accurate Background company and now I have a second disputed claim for the same error in report with no results given for the previous disputed claim ( XXXX/XXXX/2015 ). I have informed this company of their investigative tactics using unofficial documents from local courthouse records and not recognizing the background records of XXXX Police records dept. I have provide all necessary document to correct this matter, but to no avail this company is focused on damaging my reputation with this erroneous given to a potential employer. I am asking that your agency protect my right to a fair investigation using reliable, and legitimate records of criminal history by state or federal agency.
