Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 4th November 2015.
Real Time Resolutions refuses to stop reporting to the Credit Agencies that it is a closed collection account. Every month they report a late payment on an open account, I have tried numerous times to stop this and they refuse. XXXX has even called them with me on the phone to confirm that it is a closed collection account and they then admit that it is a closed collection account. However Real time tells XXXX to send in writing to confirm its a closed account before they will stop. This happens every month. What can I do to stop this false reporting by Real Time Resolution.
