I have a loan with First Franklin Bank in XXXX Ga that I have paid a XXXX a month. I have been to the bank on several accounts and have been told they are now using a new system to update credit reports but is having issues with the system. My report has not changed in over a year and I pay every month on time. I am XXXX military and the bank receives a payment on the XXXX and XXXX of each month. I have went to the bank and spoken with the branch manager and she has told me that the only thing she can do is forward it up to home office. I contacted the credit company in XXXX 2015 the issue was not fixed. My credit report is reflecting a balance of XXXX when I only owe XXXX
