Complaint #1636729 submitted on 11/03/2015 relating to Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC. Complaint relates to Debt collection Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) - Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine.
Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 3rd November 2015.
I monitor my credit report weekly and I have discovered that this is the *XXXX* time that Debt Recovery Solutions , LLC has placed this {$80.00} debt on my credit report. Thus, the debt mysteriously appeared on my credit report without given a 30 day notice to dispute the debt. Thus, this is the XXXX time that this debt collector violated my consumer rights under the FCRA.
In addition, I have already disputed this debt back in XX/XX/XXXX and Debt Recovery Solutions , LLC removed the debt from my credit report because they could not validate it. Yet ... here they are again ... trying to damage my credit without validation 10 months later.
Hence, I need proof that I owe this debt. Please show me a copy of the " written agreement '' that created my original requirement to pay?
Furthermore, I would like to add that I have already contacted XXXX ( the original debtor ) on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and they could find no such debt. I spent about XXXX minutes on the phone with XXXX exploring this supposed debt. XXXX indicates that I own them nothing and that all accounts were paid in full with them.
In addition, just to make sure that I did not owe this debt, I took the risk of giving XXXX my full social security number ( which should never be done ) so that they could do a thorough search to assure that I did not owe them a debt. Thus, XXXX indicated that they did not even know what Debt Recovery Solutions was talking about.
I have had quite enough of this!!!!
