XXXX , Inc. has sent harassing letters to me indicating I owe monies for alleged damages that I have caused. I have requested specific information about the nature of the alleged damage and proof that I am responsible. I have not received a response and recently received a letter threatening that they will be pursuing legal action against me for a debt that I do not owe.
