I have a loan that was to be paid off to Heights Finance after over a month of attempting to gain the pay off figure I have yet to been able to obtain that amount, meanwhile they are attempting to repo the car. I have called, faxed and went to obtain the loan and could not get the exact pay off. The company has completely ignored the requests.
