XXXX sold a debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX, the letter I Have attached from XXXX did not validate the debt, also the letter states the letter states the amount was XXXX and it was from 2010. why wait till now to turn it over to the credit bureaus? I have spent hours tracking this debt and it has been sold to XXXX other debt collections companies the last one Data Central Collections turned it into the XXXX major credit bureaus. attached is a page with the collection on my credit report. My understanding the law states they can not add to the debt and they are trying to collect {$1300.00}.
Neither of the XXXX collections agents that bought the debt notified me of the debt before reporting it to the credit bureaus if they had i would have ask them to validate the debt.
