Open a charge account with XXXX ward back in XX/XX/XXXX.I have used the account in the past and paid the entire balance.However, upon realizing that such account was n't been reported to any of the corresponding agencies. I decided to close the account.In such case I contacted XXXX ward back in XX/XX/XXXX and asked that they close the account.
However, XXXX ward has kept the account open.
