I sent this company a request for validation on XXXX and the tracking number is XXXX and it was delivered to a closed business on XXXX at XXXX and then delivered on XXXX at XXXX but to this date Ihave never received validation of the debt. They have had more than ample time to comply with my request and it was signed for by one of their agents whose name is XXXX XXXXThis letter that I sent them references all ( accounts associated with XXXX ) for services provided to ( XXXX XXXX ) on ( XX/XX/XXXX ).
These accounts were submitted to, or should have been submitted to ( North Carolina ) for indigent care. ( XXXX. Indigent health care risk fund Deposits Interest Payments Reports. ) b/c I was homeless and indigent at the time of service.
They are in clear violation of HIPPA
