I complained to you several months ago about this same issue. I went through the process of obtaining my report online. I went through the process, completed the form, answered the questions and this pops up. They need to fix the EQUIFAX website. the XXXX and XXXX websites work fine. Without a report number, have you ever tried to call one of these places? I rather chew my hand off.
I was denied credit recently and I want to see the report. I would prefer they fix the website but, if they have to, then place a copy in the mail but, only as a last resort. It 's a waste of paper
