JG Wentworth erroneously held my mortgage loan and while I made XXXX monthly payments to them, the correct mortgage company did not receive my payments. After calling multiple times over a month 's period I was finally able to resolve the dispute only to find out JG Wentworth would not reimburse me the late fees and charges I incurred due to their negligence.
