I received an alert indicating that there was a collection amount on my credit report. Since I did not receive a notification, I did not get a chance to verify or refute the information submitted to the credit bureaus.
I contacted the original creditor ( hospital ) to verify and get the issue resolved, but Arcadia will not remove the information.
The information being reported has negatively impacting my credit.
