Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 16th November 2015.
On XXXX XXXX 2015 at XXXX pm I returned a phone call that I received from a company called XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. I spoke briefly with representative ( XXXX XXXX ) who left a previous voicemail requesting that I call back the company. XXXX XXXX refused to provide my request to send out written documentation regarding the nature of this particular phone call. The address that she stated as being my residence was incorrect yet she refused to correct and update the information. She ultimately threaten me by stating that the sheriff would be coming to my job and serving me. She did not state an amount or why I would be served. She hung up the phone after making that statement. According to the pre-recorded disclaimer the phone call should of been recorded by the company. I need to know if this call was legitimate. I am really skeptical because this person was so evasive and ultimately became belligerent whenever I requested the information be documented and mailed to me.
