Arvest Bank charged me a {$10.00} late fee when I was only under {$6.00} on my payment and it was actually not late. It was received well before the due date of the XXXX of XXXX. I have since been unable to reach any representative to get the {$10.00} fee waived. I have been put on hold multiple times for over XXXX minutes each time in an attempt to reach a specific person who might be able to waive the fee but it was never promised that it would be waived. The reason I bring it up is because there have been XXXX separate occasions where representatives stated that since I paid ahead by several months ( I pay {$200.00} a month when my payment is {$160.00} per month ) I could pay whatever I wanted even if it was under the monthly payment of {$160.00} and I feel that the bank representatives have misrepresented the information to me as a consumer.
