I have a debt on my credit report from Quality Assest Recovery. I had it removed from my XXXX Report in 2015. I contacted my Insurance company about any bills the originator XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted to my health Insurance and My provider assured me that I had no claims with XXXX XXXX with patient Responsibility. I do not know if this is an attempt to get me to pay a balance that their contract will not allow them to receive from XXXX XXXX or what. I have not been able to get information.
