I was in an automobile accident and the attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX did not pay the original creditor XXXX for medical services rendered, i was under the impression that they was paid for their services but i was wrong they contacted me for money for payment after i was deceived by the original creditor XXXX to sign the contract because they told me not to worry all monies that you will receive will be paid to us by the attorney before you get anything and i signed and said ok because she sent me there to them and they assured me they had a great relationship with her as i was reluctant to sign the contacts with them for services but they promised me and now i should have followed my first mind. The company called Kenneth Eisen & Assoc alleges that i owe them XXXX of which i dont and what makes this so bad that they listed the debt with XXXX the credit reporting agencies in order to make it look as though i owe them XXXX which is illegal under the fair debt collection practices act and as well as others listed below.
The Fair Credit Billing Act 15 U.S.C. NOTE 1601 SECTION 306 BILLING PRACTICES SECTION 161 CORRCTION OF BILLING ERRORS.
Electronic Funds Transfer Act ( EFTA ) Accounts that was closed ca n't be reopened and billed separately in XXXX parts with different billing or account numbers this constitutes fraud against the consumer according to the guidelines of the department of commerce, federal trade commission, department of justice public affairs, office inspector of the general, XXXX Federal deposit insurance corporation XXXXXXXXthe Fair Credit Reporting Act, ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 et Seq ) and ( Ohio administrative Code XXXX XXXX Program ) XXXX Assistance Program sub section XXXX FAQ XXXX and XXXX, Consumer Credit Statutes, and subtitle D of the XXXX, SEC. XXXX. APPLICATION OF SECURITY PROVISIONS AND PENALTIES TO BUSINESS ASSOCIATES OF COVERED ENTITIES ; and SEC. XXXX ( 1 ) BREACH OF SECURITY. -- The term ''breach of security '' means, with respect to unsecured PHR identifiable health information of an individual in a personal health record, acquisition of such information without the authorization of the individual. You may be held liable for the actions of ( collection agency name ). Please note that the these liabilities are under the penalty rules of the Omnibus Final Rule effective XX/XX/XXXX interpreting and implementing various provisions of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act XX/XX/XXXX ( HITECH Act ) as issued XX/XX/XXXX.
XXXX U.S.C subsection XXXX ( 3 ) prohibits a debt collector contacting a third party for location information from communication with the third party more than once, unless the third party request it or the collector reasonably believes the third party earlier response was erroneous or incomplete and that the third party now has correct or complete location information.

XXXX XXXX. subsection XXXX ( d ) ( XXXX ) this provides generally abusive practice to place telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the callers identityThis collection agency does not respond or pick up the phone and it has XXXX offices for the same bill with XXXX different credit reporting agencies which is deceptive and fraudulent under debt validation of which they are coming after me instead of their relationship with the attorney.
