Here is the list of account s belowThe bills was covered under progressive insurance of XXXX drivers of which I was a victim being the passenger XXXX drivers insurance and the hospital assistance charity program covered my bills the billing department XXXX and XXXX are members of the Ohio XXXX Association of which i am filing complaints against them because the bills was misdirected and appropriate to me because incompetent individuals who did not follow through on their duties of making sure that all of those who are rendering services was contacted with all information which caused my credit profiles XXXX to be harmed which is unlawful under HIPPA securities policies and procedures acts as indicated above the Ohio Department XXXX is be notified of this Gross Negligence and defamation of character against me due to incompetent individuals not performing their duties and discharging their office duties as promised at date of hiring. This account should have never made it to the collection agency but it did they have this account listed twice with zero balance and then the amountsXX/XX/XXXX XXXX and then ARS Account Resolution XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXXAlso they collection agency has XXXX offices listed with XXXX different credit bureaus XXXX which is illegal under the fair debt collection act you can not deceive an credit reporting agencies to make the alleged debt owed to be larger than what is owed XXXX debt but with XXXX difference agencies is fraudulent and deceptive to the consumer and is very harmful and because they are not here in Ohio this is malicious against my character which is defamation of character.
