I moved XXXX XXXX 2015. I filed a moving notice with the XXXX XXXX the last week in XXXX.
This, letter as stated above, arrived at my new address on XXXX XXXX, 2015 with an official yellow forwarding label placed by the XXXX XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, 2015. This letter was NOT mailed to me on XXXX XXXX, 2015, but rather sometime in XXXX with a date placed by this preditor company of XXXX XXXX. The company owned meter stamp was altered to reflect a date of XXXX XXXX, 2015.
This company will stop all proceedings against me at once.
