I had some financial difficulties and decided to apply for a loan through Just Military Loans. Now I know it is my responsibilty to read everything and that I am responsible for my debts, but I do not feel it is right to charge 80 % interest rate on any loan. I know that throught the SCRA I could reduce it to 6 % if i accured the loan before active duty, but even after you enter Active Duty I believe there should be a cap on the interest rate a company can charge you. This should go for any consumer loan company.
