I received a notice of intent to collect a debt from BSI Financial Services and when I mailed my dispute along with my debt validation, and qualified written request they refused to comply. They keep sending me payoff letters stating they are attempting to collect a debt. I requested them to validate the debt which they have n't done. They have only responded with letters stating they are attempting to collect a debt. I have attached copies of the letters sent to their company.
