Creditor says the filed Letter Of Completion months ago. The credit account was fraudulent to begin with according to Colorado State Law. I have attached a copy. Please remove from my credit history/report. XXXX XXXX admitted to filing the collection incorrectly because they did not provide me with an invoice explaining why I did not receive my deposit and why I owed extra money.
I have been told this was filed with the Bureaus a while back but it continues to be reflected on my credit report.
