I have filed a previous complaint against carmax auto finance, they broke the law and aware of it but. Did not acknowledge it,, they called prior to the complaint and left messages and then called the same number multiple times each day, after they let.
When I filed a complaint they stopped calling, they tagged my account with a XXXX which I did not request, just want them to be respectful when they call.
