I Have sent several certified letters to Receivable Performance regarding a debt that they are trying to collect. The debt originated through XXXX and is not my debt. XXXX has already closed XXXX of the accounts and needs to still close the other. I have written several certified letters to both companies. Receivable performance stated that they were going to close the account and send a letter to all XXXX reporting agencies, but it is still listed on my credit report.
