Real Time Solutions is a collections agency. They are not the original creditor to whom the debt was owned. I have disputed their reporting to XXXX, XXXX and now they are reporting expired debt that has passed the 7 year reporting time to XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX their reporting of XXXX XXXX for {$68000.00} expired. XXXX removed it from my credit report. However on the same date that the date expired, XX/XX/XXXX, Real time solutions reported it as new debt. XXXX did not check the report and my credit score dropped XXXX point.
I had problems before with this company. They do not report credit history debt. After I dispute their information being reported and it is removed, Real Time Solutions report it again as new debt. The credit Agencies do not check if this has already being previously reported, and removed. The data is taken as a new report and reported against my credit history. Real Time Solutions need to validate the debt.
