Kimball , Tirey & St. John LLP representing XXXX properties. First, have not removed the civil judgement from my credit report. Second, the reason JKW did not except my money at the court proceedings was because they wanted me out for reporting them to housing authorities. Third, it has been over seven years. Furthermore, after reporting them they had the pipes in the build replaced due to the poor quality of water being dispensed. At the court proceeds I had the money and they did not want to take it. I can not believe that a legal firm would ethically represent such a reprehensible firm like XXXX properties.
