I received a call from on XXXX/XXXX/2015 from a female asking me my name and address. She did n't state where she was calling from. I returned the called and learned it was from a Receivables Performance Management Collection Agency. She stated that I owe a family mobile bill, but the account had a different last name than mine. I 've been with XXXX for over six years. Therefore, I do n't owe a family mobile bill. I have n't received a letter from them stating that I owe a debt, but calls stating that I owe a debt.
