Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 19th October 2015.
My daughter 's father and i enrolled her together at XXXX daycare with the understanding that we split the bill ; this was also understood by the daycare. XXXX XXXX ( father of child ) discontinued payment in XXXX 2015 and XXXX XXXX XXXX did not notify me of this until XXXX 2015 ; i had continued to make my payments faithfully, ( i have all receipts. ) I was then contacted by XXXX, Inc ( at my job no less ) attempting to collect the debt that XXXX XXXX acquired. I told them upon first contact that it was his bill, not mine and not to contact me regarding this ever again. I then called the XXXX about it and the owner, XXXX, assured me that she submitted both our names and info. I just received ANOTHER call again, At my Job, today regarding this debit that is not mine. Not only had i already told them not to contact me again and they did, he was very unprofessional and rude, making statements that were inappropriate and acting like they were trying to get ahold of XXXX. Regadless, they are not following FDCPA federal laws at this collections agency. i have been in the industry and i know for a fact if someone says not to call again, you do n't call again.
