I am a Bank of America ( bank ) customer. I received an offer of a credit card which stated that my application for this credit card will be without any impact to the credit score. However, a hard inquiry was made against my credit file maintained by the credit reporting agencies. This hard inquiry diminished my credit score by few points. I asked the bank to remove this inquiry and they refused. I have attached a copy of their offer.
