I have not received any other written communication from Ocwen acknowledging the receipt of the QWR. Does this certified mail receipt constitute acknowledgement " withing 5 business days '' or are they required to send a letter to me? I want to ensure that they are complying appropriately with their servicing responsibilities, but I do not want to harass them unnecessarily.
