Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 16th October 2015.
I had my child in a daycare and made all my payments on time. I found out that this daycare was putting XXXX removed my child from this day care. XXXX other mothers did the same. I was all paid up at this time. I was then told by the woman that owns the company that I owed dues not only for that month, ( which was paid ), but also for the following month, which I did not. I have the proof that I owed nothing more to this company and can provide this. I then began receiving collection notifications from Pacific Credit Services that increased each month. I never received any notification from the daycare - no warning, grace period, statement explaining what I owed this money for, etc. My credit report now states that I owe {$790.00} for nothing. Not only that, but they continue to re-age my account, when I have made no payments, have had no contact ; nothing. That in itself is grounds for a suit pursuant to the FDCPA. This company is absolutely violating my rights and I intend to sue this company if they do not remove this negative and illegal listing from my credit report immediately.
