I pay by phone on the 1st of each month {$260.00} in XXXX pay by phone I must have push XXXX not XXXX I did n't find out until the next month when I was told to pay {$360.00}. I contacted VW credit they informed me I paid {$160.00} last month and now I am 32 days late for {$100.00} and reported to credit union. They reported {$260.00} late not {$100.00}. This is a mistake anyone could make. I knew about this 2 days to late to rectify.
