On XXXX/XXXX/15 I paid ACS education services {$340.00} out of my checking account. Instead of taking out {$340.00} they took out {$680.00}. I have called them them twice to inquire about when my monies will be put back in my account and they state " 24-48 hours ''. I have yet to see the money in my account. I have other checks outstanding and if they do n't put the money back in my account, i will be penalized by my bank. What they did was theft plain and simple and they are dragging their feet to correct it. My account # is XXXX.
