I agreed to pay XXXX installments of {$180.00} on starting on XXXX/XXXX/2015 followed by XXXX more payments taken out on XXXX/XXXX/2015 and the last payment on XXXX/XXXX/2015. I agreed to terms and hung up the phone. Later the same night I received an alert from my bank that a transaction was declined of {$180.00}.
