XXXX XXXX was extremely disrespectful and manipulative toward me when I tried to explain to him very politely that the debt was not owed. XXXX works for ARC Management and had zero regard for me as a human with dignity. He treated me like I was the scum of the earth. I escalated the call to his supervisor who promised to review the call. There is no excuse for yelling at me and interrupting and refusing to listen. More flies with honey than vinegar. Oh, not to mention, the debt was invalid and should n't be collected.
