At first it was pleasant smooth and an easy process I was told at XXXX that everything was finished and that I would receive my funds in 24-48 hours when I called about a confirmation email I was told at XXXX that my status was changed to decline with no reason why and when I explained to them about earlier conversations they claimed they had no record of approval for me when I tried asking for a supervisor none were there also the XXXX people that told me I was funded when I tried contacting them the mailbox was full XXXX I recommend you stay away from this company as they are a scam and play with people 's emotions
