Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Sunday 14th February 2016.
Eastern account systems did not disclose that they were a debt collector they called my husband and stated that they were charter cable and for him to make a false statement. I have a false report from charter on my credit report and have been fighting this for a few years now trying to get them to remove it. They got him to set up payments thinking that he was paying for out cable TV I have now been calling them for a week now with no response from them and they continue to draft my bank account. They are not disclosing themselves as a debt collector they only stressed that they were from charter. They have now taken over XXXX from my bank account in less than 2 weeks this is ludicrous and I want my money back and for them to remove my credit bureau report that is false since I have never had them up until a few months ago. Please help me thanks.
