XX/XX/XXXX we hired The XXXX Law Firm XXXX as the attorney to consolidate XXXX credit cards and negotiate settlement for XXXX and XXXX. We paid him {$7500.00} for his fee and settlement of these credit cards. Now XX/XX/XXXX we are trying to buy a house and find these credit cards have not been settled. Can we be part of the lawsuit against him? The banks wo n't talk with us cause they say we are represented by The XXXX Law Firm. All the phone numbers for the XXXX Law Firm and attorney give you a busy signal. Do not know how we will resolve this.
