Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 13th October 2015.
What happened originally was that it was their misrepresentation stating no interest would be charged on an item purchased from Home Depot XXXX until relevant amount was paid off. But that representation was false.
I offered them {$200.00} to settle the account but they refused to take it. And now the original amount, with all the interests added, is {$710.00}, when it was originally {$300.00}. They have to stop adding interests and accept a reasonable resolution of the matter, as what I have been trying to do.
