I attended The XXXX XXXX from XXXX. I was promised enough student loans to complete XXXX and the ability to transfer my credits if necessary. After using approximately {$40000.00} in loansI was informed that my program had been cancelled. Not wanting to enroll in any other programs offered I decided to transfer. To my dismay I discovered that only a few of my credits would transfer and I had to start over again. The federal government has sued XXXX, the parent company for just such fraudulent behavior. XXXX has instructed the school to return XXXX XXXX dollars to it 's students and XXXX has a class action suit in progress. Can you help me recover some of my losses?
