Debt collection I do not know

Complaint #1603050 submitted on 10/12/2015 relating to National Arbitration Forum. Complaint relates to Debt collection I do not know - False statements or representation Impersonated an attorney or official.

Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 28th October 2015.

Narrative (may be redacted).

A person named XXXX XXXX from ph # XXXX called my mother 's ph # repeatedly ( even though she has told them I do not live there ) alleging she is an investigator sending someone out to my place of residence to serve me with legal documents. She also stated if I am unavailable they will come to my place of work. I have previously received a call like this and contacted the state and county courts to make sure. I had no pending cases against me. Still do n't. I once called them back and they stated to avoid a warrant for my arrest I have to pay {$400.00} by means of a prepaid debit card. They would accept nothing else. They said it was for a payday loan left unpaid. I called the payday loan people and no one could find my debt. These people need to be stopped.
