Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 12th October 2015.
SCA Collections placed a collection back on my report on or around XXXX of this year.They originally placed it on my report on XXXX 2013. I requested validation in 2013 and they never provided it to the CRAs so it was removed. They have since reinsurted it back on my report. I requested validation through the cra again and all the did was verify it but still wont show me proof the debt is mine and that they have the right to collect on it under my rights according to the fcra. They are also reporting this debt as a factoring account with payment history which they are not. I also filed a XXXX complaint trying to get this resolved and there response was we sent him a intemized bill. This is rediculous that a collection company can place a collection on someones report, get it removed by the cra and then reinsert it again all without showing proof that the debt is that persons and then on top of that, report inaccurate data and inaccurrate reporting.
