Multiple calls and now a mailed invoice from Capio Partners LLC that claim I owe the XXXX XXXX XXXX a {$50.00} co-pay. I do not have a {$50.00} copay with the Clinic any copay I have is in the amount of {$35.00}. I called billing at the clinic and was told I owe nothing. I want Capio LLC to quit harassing me.
