I am continuously being harassed by a collection agency for a debt that is not owed. I was attending XXXX XXXX which was located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Which is no longer in business their doors was closed in XX/XX/XXXX. I have a Stafford Loan with the U.S. Department of Education with a remaining balance of XXXX. Which I have been paying since XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX submitted a notice to a collection agency National Enterprise Systems located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Phone number ( XXXX ) advising them that I owe an outstanding balance of {$6100.00} not from my student loan, but from potential money they could have obtained, if I would have remained in school. XXXX XXXX dropped me XX/XX/XXXX one semester prior to graduating with a degree in nursing, stating that the funds they were collecting was no longer available. Stafford Loans Us Department of Education showing XXXX loans they XXXX were dispersed to XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX amount of {$3500.00} XXXX amount of {$6700.00}, there was also a submission of payment from the Workforce Initiate Act on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$3400.00}, they also received Pell Grant money in the amount of {$2600.00}. I was not given any personal money. I am constantly being harassed by the collection agency for a debt I do not owe. I have never heard of collecting payments on services that was not received.
