A review of my credit report shows an erroneous charge by XXXX of {$2300.00} ; for what I do not know. In 2011, I departed my rental unit with all rents paid. Now they seek an enormous sum of money for services I did not incur. They violate the Fair Debt Collection Act and the Consumer Protection Law. Their erroneous credit reporting has severely impacted my ability to live a normal life ; such as rent an apartment or purchase a car.
