My account for XXXX services I received from a local XXXX XXXX XXXX was placed at MERCHANT CREDIT Agency for collection. The information in my file contains my personal information including my SSN. Recently I have noticed suspicious active on my credit report in the time my account was place in MERCHANT CREDIT Agency. I have notified the credit reporting agencies and was advised to confirm that any third party that received my information in 2015 is compliant with 45 CFR Parts 160, 162, and 164 Health Insurance Reform : Security Standards ; Final Rule, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and California A.B. 964 and A.B. 964. I have made the request and MERCHANT CREDIT refuses to provide this information
